Purpose of processing personal data
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
– conclusion and performance of sales contracts pursuant to art. 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation
– to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract pursuant to art. 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation
– performance of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, pursuant to art. 6 (1) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation
– resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, that is:
(I) for the purpose of marketing the Administrator’s own products
(II) to pursue claims
(III) for the purposes of creating lists, analyzes and statistics for the internal needs of the Administrator, which includes reporting, marketing research, service development planning.

Do you need to provide us with your personal data?
We require you to provide the following personal data in order to be able to conclude and perform the contract concluded with you, and thus provide you with the service: e-mail address, name and surname, telephone. If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to conclude the contract with you, and consequently you will not be able to use Home Automation services. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, e.g. for accounting or tax reasons. Apart from these cases, providing your data is voluntary.

Provision of personal data
Your personal data is shared where it is necessary for us to provide our services. We can only transfer your data to three groups:
1.people authorized by us – our employees and associates who must have access to data in order to perform their duties,
2.processing entities – to whom we commission activities that require data processing,
3.other data recipients – e.g. courier companies, banks, insurers, law firms, cooperating companies.

Processing of personal data automatically (including profiling)
Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner (including the form of profiling), however, it will not have any legal effects or affect your situation in a similar way. Profiling is the processing of your data (also in an automated manner) by using them to evaluate certain information, in particular to analyze or forecast personal preferences and interests.

How we obtained and how we obtain your personal data
We received your data voluntarily when signing the contract and completing the contact form on our website. The basis for obtaining your personal data is a voluntarily expressed consent to the processing of data, e.g.
– when providing data for the purpose of providing the service,
– subscribing to the newsletter: e-mail address,
– creating an account / logging in: e-mail address, password, login,

Rights of the data subject
We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. the right to access, the right to rectify and delete your data, the right to be forgotten, the right to limit their processing, the right to transfer them, the right not to be subject to automated processing decisions, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data. We implement the above rights without delay within 14 working days.

Objection to the processing of personal data
This right will come into force on the date of entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. on May 25, 2018 and is granted when:

– we will receive a request to stop processing personal data,
– the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by the particular situation in which you have found yourself
-Your personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling for this purpose.

We implement the right to stop processing data without delay within 14 working days.

Retention – the period of processing your personal data

We process your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its termination, for the purposes of:

– pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
– fulfillment of obligations resulting from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting,
– preventing abuse and fraud,
– statistical and archiving purposes,
– for a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract.

We process your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing.
In the case of organizing loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can participate – we will process your data for the duration and period of settlement (awarding prizes).
In order to prove compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, we will store data for the period in which Home Automation is obliged to keep data or documents containing them in order to document the fulfillment of legal requirements and enable control of their fulfillment by public authorities.
